fitztoppicks.com is a catalog: nothing is sold on this site, and there are no accounts, sign-ins, newsletters or forms that save what you type. So we collect almost nothing.
What this site collects
- Nothing about you. There are no ads, trackers or tracking pixels. Searching the catalog happens in your browser; your searches aren't sent to us.
- Visitor counts: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Cloudflare adds a small script to each page that sends the page's address, the site you came from, your device type and country, and how fast the page loaded. It doesn't use cookies or your browser's storage, doesn't fingerprint you or follow you to other sites, and we only see totals (for example, page views per day), never individual visitors.
- Cookies: none. The site doesn't set cookies or use your browser's storage.
- Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't receive or keep visitor logs.
- If you email us: we get your email address and what you write, and use them only to reply. Ask us to delete your messages any time.
When you buy
Purchases happen on eBay, Etsy, Gumroad, the App Store or Amazon, under their own terms and privacy policies. When you buy from us on eBay or Etsy, the marketplace shares your name and shipping address with us so we can send your order; we use them only for that order and keep them only as long as tax and accounting rules require. Payment details stay with the marketplace: we never see your card number.

FitzTopPicks Pins (Pinterest tool)
FitzTopPicks Pins is a private tool used only by Kevin Fitzgerald, owner of the FitzTopPicks shop on Etsy. It runs on his own computer and posts pins of his own Etsy listings to his own Pinterest boards. It is not offered to the public, and no one else signs in to it.
What it reads from Pinterest
- Kevin's own Pinterest account name, so it knows which account it's signed in to
- Kevin's own boards and the pins it has posted, so it doesn't post the same pin twice and can put each pin on the right board
It doesn't read any other Pinterest user's pins, boards, profile or activity, and it doesn't read analytics about other people.
What it writes to Pinterest
Pins of FitzTopPicks' Etsy listings (image, title, description, alt text and a link to the listing), and boards to hold them, all on Kevin's own account.
Where data is kept
The Pinterest sign-in token and a list of pins already posted are stored only on Kevin's computer. Nothing is sent to any other server, and there are no ads, analytics or trackers.
Sharing and selling
Nothing about any Pinterest user is collected, so nothing is sold or shared.
Removing access
Kevin can disconnect the tool at any time in Pinterest's settings (Security and logins › Apps), which ends its access.
Children
This site doesn't collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
